Part one of my two-part long run. Lovely morning after an inch of rain overnight. Ran the loop backwards, and it was a nice morning for it. Heard the peacocks and confirmed hearing of the African howlers. Waved at people on the train.
You could make a case for calling these runs easy, fartlek, tempo, and long. I chose only long.
