No chance to run in the morning, so here I was, running after a big delicious rich dinner at Daffodil. So, heartburn was the story of this run. Not pleasant, but I ran through it, got a good time and a negative split. The lake is still massively flooded. Also learned today via Facebook that Jamaica North is pretty much ruined. Real bummer. On the bright side, I found a Sage #1 bib alongside the trail on 70th.
