No intervals today; taking it real easy, as advised after a blood donation. Again, after giving blood, I feel unusually relaxed and limber. It's interesting. Again, the heavy rain stopped on cue before my run, depriving me of that experience. No worries; it was a nice morning. Actually met about six other runners that I don't usually encounter, all men. Did the loop clockwise.
