Chilly morning, but I was toasty. Met four other runners; almost met one of them too closely due to fogged glasses. Run was normal in every way until the last half mile, when suddenly I started to feel stiffness, then pain in my inner thigh/groin. WTF? Hobbled the rest of the way. I shall see how it feels tomorrow.
