Slow going down and up 52nd, as I dodged tree detritus. Feet felt somewhat more sensitive than they did Saturday. Nonetheless, my form and my energy felt quite good. I noted as I went up the 70th street slope, how this was nothing, but remembered how challenging it had been a couple of years ago. Since I was a half hour later than usual (taking the car to the shop later), I encountered a lot of runners and walkers that I don't usually see.
