Notes
My goals were to get in a long run, and to do it at a 9:00 pace. Accomplished pretty precisely. Warm. Shade and breeze were appreciated when available. My form felt decent when I remembered to make myself do it, which is to say, upright, pelvis forward, derrière back and low, stride like I'm sprinting. Managed to do this even in the home stretch.
