Didn't have time in the morning too run because we had a boat to catch. Had a good warm-up, though, with 232 steps down and up, and quite a bit of walking. Needed an evening nap, so the run was pretty late. The legs felt really good, and the run was nice in spite of the 82F heat. Would have made it longer except I didn't want to hold up dinner. More walkers, runners, cyclists out...good to see. The skate park was in heavy use, also good to see, but it made me turn around sooner than I would have otherwise.
