Notes
I was really sore Monday, much better Tuesday, then Tuesday afternoon felt almost great, whatever that means. I thought today would be a good day to not only do a short recovery run, but to do it barefoot. I probably would have gone 2-4 miles if not BF, but need to go easy at first. This was pretty enjoyable, but was barely a run. Naturally, several people were out to give me strange looks.
Left glute is the one marathon casualty. It's still sore.
