Woke up feeling a bit beat up. I'm blaming the re-emergence of ragweed for affecting my sleep. Anyway, it was my intention to not run fast this morning, to save myself for tomorrow's long run. It was reasonably nice, if slow. Traffic was bad on Calvert and 40th.
