Nice run. Enjoyed the sight of the waxing gibbous moon. 70th street underpass totally flooded so I turned around and went around the lake, but the south side of the lake was over the trail as well. Took the road.
Discomfort in my left knee pretty much the whole way. I experimented with changing foot angle as I ran; can't say I learned a lot. Seems pretty much the same, post-run.
