Notes
A hot run. Worked up quite a sweat. I didn't feel as tired as one might expect, and felt generally strong. Some dry throat. Right calf still bothered somewhat. Allowed myself to walk briefly at entrance to Holmes Park, and at turnaround. Run up dam was SLOW. Took some will to finish, but was glad after. Calf very stiff afterward, and walking barefoot seemed to be the best help for it.
