Chilly and blustery. Weather always seems to be crappy for the SF/now Tabitha runs. Picked up my packet and waited in the car till almost 9. Took sort of a tour of the new zoo on the long trek to the bathroom. I wasn't feeling wonderful, but hoped the running would help. It did. This new course is an amalgam of all my in town routes, so I could do it with my eyes closed. It works well, though. I kept a pretty steady, pretty brisk pace, but I no longer have the confidence to really push it. The headwind was pretty strong on northbound Rock Island. A bit of right adductor cramp threatened, but fortunately it wasn't serious. No AG, since they only give out two, and I'm on the far side of 60-69.
