Notes
A magnificent rainbow in the southwest. Full end-to-end with a partial double. Noticed it near the turnaround, and stopped to gaze a bit. A couple of women runners were also among the lucky ones to observe it.
As for the run, my body wasn't in prime sync like it was yesterday, and I didn't push it. The run was okay but a bit awkward and slow feeling.
