Notes
The last pre-marathon jog. Even at this slow pace, I felt a dearth of energy. I'm definitely recovering from the bronchitis, but it does seem to have taken a lot out of me. This doesn't give me a lot of confidence for the marathon. Maybe I should just try running the whole thing at a 10:00 pace. A 4:30 first marathon isn't terrible. If I can't even do that, maybe it should become a half marathon. Best case scenario, my hidden energy reserves will become evident after mile 10, or 15, or 20+.
