Higdon told me to make this a short tempo run. I was feeling great - legs, feet, back all good. The tempo part was on Van Dorn, east of 56th. Ran at a comfortably brisk tempo. Tried a new mental conceptualization during this: Imagine the sidewalk is moving beneath me, like a treadmill belt. All I have to do is to move my feet to keep up with it. This rather than thinking my legs are pushing me along. I like it.
