Much better recovered from Saturday. PTT better; still lingering throat stuff. Encountered a good dozen runners in Sheridan Forest, and about three more after I left RI. Owl, or pair or owls on Garfield tower. The second call was not the GHO hoot, it was a caw-wee sound.
