Overslept by half an hour! So much for the 6.5, let alone Higdon's 10. I guess it demoralized me, because I took even this short run at a slow pace. Tried to improve my form as I ran. It didn't feel bad, but wasn't great by any means.
Post-run, ankle feels as achy as ever. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to when it's going to complain. If a short, slow run like this is hard on it and many of the longer, harder runs are not, I don't know what's going on.
