Biked it first, but gps lost it in tunnel and was wildly inaccurate after that. Used usatf instead for distance.
Run felt good, but after 3 miles, cramps in right hamstring started again, somewhat mild but scary. Stupidly or not, I ran through them, just reducing stride as cramps increased. Tried to relax as I ran, and it may have helped. After run, feel some discomfort and difficulty finding comfortable position for right leg. It's not really pain, just feeling like the beginning of a cramp. Wonder if Gatorade before run would help.
On the bright side, little toes aren't complaining much. I taped them before run, but I think the secret is simply tying front part of shoes tight enough.
8:58 pace not stellar, but acceptable.
