Notes
Rain, that got heavier during the course of the run. Mostly pleasant. Pretty strong wind from the south.
I took yesterday off. Didn't give it any thought, really, but my body seemed to be making the plans for me. Last night and this morning I felt really strong, and indeed the run was outstanding, physically. Mentally I felt a bit distracted, but the run was easy and good. There was no one else out.
