I had decided I should do some speed work this week, and since I felt good this morning, I did it. Probably not fully recovered from Sunday, but I decided that might be a good thing. Three minutes faster than yesterday, but a little disappointing that the pace was barely under 9:00. Still a good run. Met Hand-Wave-Walker, Friendly Bike Guy, and the Gang of Ten under Sheridan.
