Notes
This was hard. Reasons:
- Consecutive day run. I ran 5.8 miles yesterday.
- Knee still hurt. I was halfway limping.
- Wind. I felt the wind on the southbound parts.
- Heat. I wanted to feel the wind on the northbound parts.
- Previous work. I spent the afternoon working in the yard.
