Started with a lap on the track, then a half-mile warmup on the treadmill, and another lap. In the outdoor run, I felt like I worked pretty hard for a measly two miles. It didn't feel bad; just like I wasn't in the shape I should be in. Not really worried; chalk it up to my being tired this evening. Actually feel quite good post-run. No hamstring/knee issues at all, and legs feel pretty strong.
