An anniversary of sorts. Last Fourth of July, I took one of my first runs, rather late at night. I think it was only a mile, around the parking lot. Little to say about today's run, because it was close to a perfect. It felt wonderful. At no point did I feel the need to back off or walk, except at the turnaround. Traffic stops were minimal. There was plenty of sweat, due to the humidity.
Pre-run preparation consisted of good stretching, juice and water.
