Not a bad workout if you don't mind doing laps. It's 2 blocks uphill, then 2 blocks downhill. A bit hard to get going, but got in the groove for laps 3-6. Thought my pace was pretty good as I ran, and wow! 8:00! Actual time - 18:43:41.
