Taking car to shop this morning, so had a later start. No run yesterday; driving home from MN.
Felt slow at first, but strong after the slow run and a day off. Noticed particularly strength in my feet and ankles. Felt fully warmed up at mile 2, and picked up the pace at the turnaround. O2 felt especially good as well.
