Torrential rains last night (6") and Antelope Creek was a torrent. I totally would have run 6 this morning except the awards program and the storm kept me up late. On impulse, I ran down North Shore Road to take a look. Holmes park had become Holmes lake. I'm guessing two feet of water over the road, and the water extended far into the parking lot toward the playground. I would have had a hard time running six, whichever way I had chosen to go.
