Woohoo, I rocked this run, one second faster than yesterday's, or at a pace 1/6 of a second per mile faster. Legs felt pretty good in the first two miles, a bit weak on RI, then strong again in the last two. Still suffering a bit from low-grade bronchitis. Encountered three male runners, and a group of four females, including Sue.
