20% chance of rain today, and it looks like the 20% is going to last all day, so I ran in the rain. Two miles isn't enough to hit my stride, but I could feel the strength in my legs has built up quite a bit. This felt much easier than 9:06. PTT complained. It's just gonna be something to deal with.
Had planned to run four yesterday, but I decided the 18 mile bike ride was enough. Modified final week plan to S2 T2 T2 S2.
