Notes
Ambitious. It was 40F and sunny when I left home. Went to gym, did some weights, then drove to start of run. By the time I came out of the gym, it had clouded over and there was a steady breeze from the south. I wore shorts and t-shirt, and probably would have been a little happier if I had worn a long sleeve shirt. Wrists and fingers were chilly.
First time I wiped my nose I noticed I had a slight nosebleed. It lasted pretty much for the whole out portion. Annoying and a bit gross, that's all.
When I had a lot of clear trail and thought about it, worked on extending my stride. Can't really complain about this run. Tired now, as can be expected. Rated it an eight.
