Notes
This was nice as could be. My first BF five-mile. The pace appears really slow, even considering that I was taking it easy, so maybe I've mismeasured; I don't know, and don't particularly care. Post-run, I've found a small blister on the bottom of my right foot. Now wondering whether I can run BF tomorrow.
