Went to Stauffer's to carb load on pancakes. DW went on to Bennett while I did errands - valve oil at Dietze, packet pickup, exchange bike tubes at CycleWorks. Hope the ride was a good day-before-marathon idea.
Earlier plan was to run two miles this morning, but my ankle wasn't feeling like that would be beneficial. Not sure the long bike ride was beneficial.
Speed is irrelevant due to the long breaks being part of the time.
