A little late, but I needed a run, any run. Man, I was fast! Wore my everyday Avias, to try to figure out what kind of help my knees want. Felt pretty good during the run, especially when I didn't think about the foot/leg, but just thought about going forward. Today, the knees are a tiny bit tender, and probably would complain a lot if I had gone any significant distance. Ugh, not much help.
