Ankle really hurt at the beginning, to the extent that I stopped to massage it after a few blocks. Don't know how much that helped, but I ran through it and it became tolerable. I think what made it possible was that the rest of me was really up for tunning: Legs felt fantastic, heart and lungs were effortless. I didn't push it, but by the second half, I was moving quite well. Strong wind from the SSW, nice moonlight.
