This almost qualifies as a double, since it was less than twelve hours after the previous run. My feet and ankles complained quite a bit, with miscellaneous pains that were coming and going. Chose this route on the spur of the moment. Don't normally do this, but deducted 1:30 for issues with construction and traffic lights at 27th and Capitol Parkway.
