Notes
Did weights before this, and swim after. I didn't feel too fast on this run, so I was surprised to find it was under an 8:00 pace. Strange, sudden tingling sensations in right shin several times during first mile. It didn't hurt, it didn't slow me down; just felt strange. Maybe caused by leg extensions prior to run; I don't really have any idea. Everything is fine now.
One more note, two days later: I didn't tape my toes on this run. Mistake. The tape is needed.
