Notes
Planned as an easy run, and this was easy. My legs said it's no big deal to carry my body along; it's as easy as standing still. That was nice. Oddly, PTT had a hard night, and wasn't feeling as good as it did yesterday. There was just a hot spot. Didn't affect my running, but bothered me mentally more than anything.
Nice morning again, but where are all the runners?
