Trail completely iced over, and more slippery than I had expected. I ran mostly on the edge, where the grass and gravel have me a bit of traction. Fighting the slip made the quads work harder than normal. Happy pace was under 10. Pretty solitary, saw maybe a half dozen other runners. Nicer run than yesterday.
