What's wrong with me? This was supposed to be an easy run. I didn't prepare; I'm not at my best in the afternoon; I am low on red blood cells. All I did was concentrate on keeping my cadence high. As I started, I felt thankful that I was doing the 5K, not the 15K. I was breathing hard, but had confidence that I could finish at this pace, so I kept going. Again, I was not supposed to set a PR today, but here you go.
