Finally, a real run. I've been cooped up so long, I almost forgot the joy of running. Yes, the trail was snowy and icy in spots (could have worn my studded shoes), and yes, there was a biting south wind on the out part, but this was still really nice. The temptation was there to make it an eight or ten mile run, but I checked myself, feeling like I might not be in shape to go that far.
