I run because it helps keep me sane. I also came to discover that I'm pretty fast for a slow guy...
|Why I started running:
I've been running since June 2002. I started to get in shape. The rest is history. I crossed 15,000 miles of running in the fall of 20101 (took me just over 8 years).
