At the moment I feel like I am starting all over again. Ran up to Hill Avenue. It is as its named, a bloody big hill! Walked up. When I started to run again my legs were like jelly. I am going to have to just run this virus out I think otherwise I am going to loose all the fitness that I worked for previously. I can't just sit and wait for it to go its killing me!
