4-8 Workout: 400m - 10k; 1min rest; 800m 5k; 2min rest; 400m faster than 5k into 800m 5k; 4min rest; repeat. First track workout and it did not get me excited about any kind of track race. Could have been the crappy cement track, or the unsettled stomach, or the lack of previous track/race pace sessions but hopefully the workout gets be more prepared.
