Notes
Another hot, sweaty run. I decided to do a workout since 1) legs are fresh(ish) and 2) hadn't done anything fast in a week. But I planned on a lighter, easier workout since 1) it was hot and 2) I'll likely be doing another workout sometime in the next 3 days.
3 x ~800m on grass: 2:45, 2:35, 2:35. Last 2 were barefoot which felt alright but slippery. Then 2 hill sprints. Nothing felt great, some of it was alright.
