Notes
Had a lot of problems throughout the run (side ache, need of bathroom, right arch, stomach pains, right big toe). But also felt good about half the run and finished feeling relaxed and smooth. Never got going too fast but that rarely happens on my own. I'd like to thank whoever decided to keep one porta potty in the sports complex and to restock it.
