Notes

Didn't really feel like doing an anaerobic workout, but seeing as this is my last week of my anaerobic phase, I figured I'd do what I can. 6 x 600m around 5min pace. Started off alright, some pains from the last time I had spikes on. 2nd one I was down in the dumps and not feeling good. Gradually got better from there and surprised myself by doing a 6th one. Still haven't really had a track workout where I felt smooth (though I probably also haven't had a track workout where I was fully recovered either).
