Notes

Lots of slush on the ground, but mostly ran on either less wet snow or nothing. Wanted some kind of workout before the race and hills just seem easier than anything else. Went to the same steep hill as last time, probably 200m-250m. Didn't feel great on the first one but felt better with each one. Ran 5 hills - 49, 47, 46, 45, 41. Wasn't quite sprinting on the last one and not sure if I could have, but I don't think I went too hard either.
