Missed another morning run by sleeping in, but then Bowser wanted to run at lunch so we looped the lake a few times while we hit the monkey bars a few times. Fairly easy but my hamstring (left as usual) had a faint sharp pain at a few points. Not what I wanted after icing in Twin Springs yesterday.
Side-note: We did talk about rock climbing a bit, getting me thinking about buying a membership. Any advice/suggestions?
