Notes
Without much thought, I took Friday off. Then my feet were feeling crappy on Saturday so when no one mentioned running, I just took another day off. Easy to see why, I don't think I've worn spikes over a mile since Senior year, so that 5k got the best of me.
Sunday, after weighing some options, I ran with Balto and Knirps since I don't run with them too often. Unfortunately it was an hour after Rubaiyat and 30min after Sugar Bowl. So there were a lot of ups and downs on this run, both elevation and queasiness. Other than how I felt, the run was great, chatting and trails. I likely wouldn't have planned on 10 but whatever. Probably just going to call this a recovery week, get ready for Dam to Dam, then take another recovery week.
