Notes
It's going to be a warm week so I'm trying to get as much Vitamin D as I can (assuming there is any to be had). I got over to Christiansen and just did the prairie route back and forth many times. I avoided the trails and hills to keep it easy and stay in the sun.
I ended up feeling really good today. I got back to the apartment, put on the new flats (I didn't need new flats, but they were 50% off), and then had 6 super great strides. Feels like I'm doing a workout tomorrow.
