Later run after climbing, but didn't feel tired (other than the running by myself part). My groin was more painful, probably from stretching while climbing.
I took the bike path out of town to get a few miles before it ran out. I was thinking about just doing repeats on that, but instead took a gravel road that we ran in February which brought me to Highway 7. The long downhill gave me time to lengthen my stride and feel some speed. I got back to the house at 5 miles, thought about for a few minutes, then left again for 2 more hilly miles.
Only my 2nd non-dirt trail run of since May 2... pretty cool.
